The cable works just as advertised and I was able to move my iTunes to my Kindle Fire. My complaint is how frustrating and time consuming it was just to find out that I needed the cable and how to find it. This required a very long phone call, apparently to India, where the representative had no information, put me on hold for five minutes at a time, and made a simple transaction unnecessarily complicated. Then, we were disconnected. This was followed by a lengthy live chat that should have taken five minutes. No matter how clearly I explained what I needed, the representative kept repeating her questions and clarifications. It's not the cable I'm unhappy with; its the support.

When I finally tried the cable I received on my Kindle Fire, I found the "Micro USB" end of the cable does not fit the Kindle. BUMMER! I don't see it worth the postage to return it --- I've gotten another from TJMaxx --- one that fits!
