I got these five days ago and wanted to add a couple comments to what I've seen so far. First, the charger is not that difficult to figure out. Put the battery in, label-side out. There are two adjustable pins that can be moved to line up with the contacts that are indicated on the battery label. On is labeled with a "+", the other is labeled with a "-". Make sure the pins line up with the contacts. When the battery is seated in the charger, the indicator lights turn blue. When the battery is charged, they turn green. That's it.
As for capacity, I'm not sure about the 1800 mAh rating. I don't have the equipment to test this, but they don't seem to be higher capacity than the stock battery. That being said, I switched from stock Sense to CM7 at the same time. CM7 is supposed to be easier on the battery, but I haven't run the stock ROM with the new batteries to test "apples to apples". Also, I've charged/depleted these about four cycles each and noticed that they are getting better. Maybe by next week they will reach their full potential.
Regardless, for the money you can't beat it. Two more batteries and a very functional charger have given me a lot of peace of mind about using my phone with the full feature set enabled rather than the careful, power-managing existence I had before.

I love this charger with the two batteries...they price itself beats all other on the site..My only issue was how to put the battery in. It chargers a battery in about 2hrs and the battery life is longer than my original Evo battery. The product picture should show the battery in the charger to help with hard to understand people like me.
