Although most of the items in the bundle worked fine, the car charger and the leather case are were the problems came. The leather case fell apart after a few hours of straping it to my belt. It looks to be sewn together; however, the case is glued poorly. The magnet on the case was lazy and would clasp loosely which felt unsecure. When I plugged in the car charger the first time, the light went on for maybe a few seconds and then it turned off.
The headphones are comfortable and also work as an antenna, so I can listen to FM radio. The pointer came in handy, also.
I put a complaint in to Empire Accessories, and Chris, a representative, responded swiftly. He reassured me that they would be sending out a new leather case and charger. I received them after a week of waiting. I am happy with their customer service and considering all the items in the bundle to be a good buy.
Nice bundle for the price. A few of the items I got were glitchy, but Chris was awesome and replaced them for me quickly. Since then, I've not had any problems. Great bundle to get for a new phone. Thanks again Chris! ^_^
